Emad El Tawil founded FRAME 95 in Abu Dhabi after 20 years producing for the UAE market — across every arm of Abu Dhabi government, from culture and justice to health and economic development, and private-sector clients spanning energy, real estate, hospitality, technology, and beyond.
That range is deliberate. Government work demands an understanding of approval chains and protocol that only comes from years inside the process; private-sector work across such different industries demands a studio that can shift tone and format without losing craft — from an HSE safety film that has to be understood on-site, to an F&B campaign that has to make someone hungry. FRAME 95 produces across all of it, directed personally, shot in Arabic and English, and supported by AI only where it genuinely earns its place in the workflow.
